This year was AWESOME! We did an intermural competition at CrossFit Combustion and I was chosen to be one of the Captains for a team. We had four teams:

Chalk It Like It’s Hot

Amraps For Amnaps

All Reps Matter

Jerks & Frans (My team)

We competed with scores, attendance, team spirit, social media posts, judging, and anything else they threw at us. It was awesome! Our box ended up with over 100 people participate. My team ended up 30 points ahead going into the last week and after the Saturday WOD, we were awarded the Combustion Cup trophy!

The teams had fantastic team spirit and trash talk… it was great! The other Captains were the best people with great hearts. I am blessed to be a part of this box!

My team worked hard and brought their A-Game every single weekend and I’m thankful for each of them.
